Asset catalogue (super admin)

The master list every organisation picks from, and how customer registrations join it.

The catalogue is ThermaCare's master list of equipment. Each entry has its type, make, model, notes, commercial-suitability facts, the manufacturer's manual, the shared routine tasks it brings, and its own maintenance tasks written from the manual.

• Uploading a manual on an entry stores it, indexes it in the Knowledge base and drafts tasks from its text for review.
• Entries a customer registered themselves appear with the customer's name. Promote one to move it onto the master list for everyone.
• Editing an entry, its parts or its maintenance tasks never changes assets already created from it - each organisation holds its own copies of the tasks and parts; deleting an entry in use archives it instead.
• Master parts and consumables (the seed set for every organisation) are edited at the bottom of the page.
