Faults and DO NOT USE

Raising a fault, severity, and taking equipment out of use.

• Raise a fault from Today against a piece of equipment: title, what you saw, severity (low, medium, high) and a photo if useful.
• Tick DO NOT USE when the item is unsafe. The asset shows as DO NOT USE everywhere, the downtime clock starts for reports, and every framework that depends on safe equipment shows as exposed until the fault is closed.
• Admins see open faults on the dashboard and get alerts when a high-severity fault is open more than 24 hours or any fault more than 7 days.
