Equipment (staff view)

What is installed, the manufacturer's rules, the manual, and any warranty.

Equipment shows each asset at your location with its make, model and serial, the notes the manufacturer insists on (approved cleaners, things never to do), a link to the manual where one is on file, and the warranty state - so you know when a service is due or a warranty is about to run out.

The filter cartridge card tracks the rotation: which cartridge is in the tub, which is drying, the last replacement, and spare stock.
