Locations

A site's tabs, settings, staff, and what deleting does.

Each location has tabs: Today (the live checklist, with "Open staff view"), Records (day by day), Faults, Equipment (assets, warranties, add asset), Tasks (the location's own list with customisations), Documents, Certifications and Settings (details, staff assignment, delete).

Deleting a location

• A location with no history is deleted outright.
• A location with history is archived: hidden everywhere, records kept. A super admin can additionally erase it permanently after a two-step confirmation - that removes every record, photo and alert for it.
