Certifications

The compliance register: what needs renewing, how often, and the reminders.

Each location carries a register of recurring certifications - EICR fixed wiring, PAT, legionella risk assessment review, air conditioning (F-Gas) service, fire extinguisher service, emergency lighting test, public liability insurance and more - each with its interval. Record the last completion date and the next due date is worked out.

• Reminders go out 60 days before, 14 days before, and when overdue.
• Upload the certificate to the document vault when it is renewed.
• The Legal page reads this register: an overdue certification shows the framework that requires it as exposed; one with no date yet shows as "no completion recorded yet".
