Consumables, minimum levels and the weekly low-stock digest.

Parts inventory lists your parts and consumables with their latest counted level at each location and a minimum. Anything below minimum is highlighted, and a digest goes to admins every Monday morning. Staff count stock on their Stock page.

ThermaCare seeds a starting set: the parts each master-list asset is made of arrive with the asset, and standard consumables (chemicals, test strips and so on) are listed until you make them your own. The first time you save or count one of those standard items it becomes your organisation's copy. From then on every change - name, part number, supplier, order link, minimum, replacement interval, retiring it - applies to your organisation only, and nothing you do here reaches the standard list or another customer. Only ThermaCare super admins edit the master list itself, on the Asset catalogue page.
