Today: the daily checklist
One group per asset, done and skipped, photos and readings, and submitting the day.
Today lists everything due at your location, grouped by the thing you are working on. First come the arrival jobs for the whole room (unlock, door, electrics, signage). Then there is one group for each asset - "Ice bath & chiller · Chill Tubs Pro", "Sauna · Vidalux Premier Infrared", the shower, the aircon - with that asset's tasks in the order you would do them: for a bath, the closing water test, power off and drain, filter, wipe down, refill, dose, retest and cover. After the assets come the close-down jobs for the whole room (chemical store and stock, submit). Rota items due that day (weekly, fortnightly or monthly jobs) come last, grouped the same way. The header shows how many tasks are done and how many are left.
A location with two of a kind - two ice baths, say - shows "Ice bath 1" and "Ice bath 2", each with its own water test, drain, filter and dose tasks and the make and model underneath so you know which is which. The water-change and filter-change chips at the top are also per tub. A water test opened inside "Ice bath 2" is saved against that tub.
Completing a task
- Tap the task to see what to do: the description, step-by-step instructions, tools and products where they are set.
- Done records it with your initials and the time. Some tasks need a photo or a reading before they can be marked done - the button says so.
- Skip asks for a reason (no time, no stock, equipment out of use, other). Skips are not failures; they tell the admin what got in the way.
Submitting the day
When you finish, tap Submit the day. This is what tells the admin the visit happened; without it the location shows as "not submitted" after 22:00 site time and an alert goes out. You can still submit with tasks skipped.
