Reports

Trends over 7, 30 or 90 days: work done, completion, skips, visits, downtime, faults and water.

Reports turns the daily records into trends. Pick a location (or all) and a range. Every tile compares with the previous period of the same length.

• Tasks completed and completion rate: done records against what the current task setup would have scheduled on those days. Because it replays today's task list over past days, a task added last week counts as "scheduled" before it existed - the page says so.
• Estimated work delivered: the minutes on completed tasks, using each location's own estimates where they were customised.
• Skipped tasks: by reason and by task, so a recurring "no stock" skip stands out.
• Average visit length: first to last record on each recorded day.
• Missed days: days with work scheduled but no submission.
• Downtime: hours any asset spent under a DO NOT USE fault inside the range; faults opened and closed; mean time to fix.
• Water tests in range: the share of tests that passed.
