What each plan includes, how the 7-day trial works, and changing or cancelling.

• Starter, £39.99/month: 1 admin + 1 staff, 1 location, the full maintenance, compliance and legal toolkit.
• Pro, £79.99/month: 1 admin + 3 staff, up to 3 locations, plus the AI knowledge base and online manual lookup.
• Complete, £648.99/month: unlimited admins, staff and locations, the AI knowledge base, and the service contract - our team handles your maintenance callouts.

Every signup starts a 7-day free trial. A card is saved at signup through Stripe but nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Three days before the trial ends you get a reminder email.

Billing shows your plan, status and trial countdown, lets you switch plans, and opens the Stripe portal for cards, invoices and cancellation. If a subscription lapses the workspace locks with your data kept safe; resubscribing unlocks it.
