• Create user sends an invite; see Adding your team.
• Deactivate signs the person out everywhere and frees their seat; their records stay.
• Set a new password for someone who is locked out, or point them at "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page.
• Admin accounts: in a customer organisation the admin creates other admins; in the ThermaCare house organisation only the super admin does.
